Joanne Galloway, Executive Director will host coffee and elections conversation next Friday morning, July 19 at 10:00 am. Emmet County location TBA. Let's talk about what makes our elections secure. We'll discuss the logic and accuracy tests, the chain of custody and more. Joanne will bring hope and enthusiasm!

Michigan Country hosts the Anatomy of An Election Roadshow - an opportunity to get comfortable with the vocabulary and the processes in place that secure our elections. As 2024 and the election season wear on, these conversations are going to be important. Next Friday's coffee will be an informal Roadshow stop!

Joanne was the 107th 2018 Michigan State Representative Candidate and is the former Executive Director of the Center for Change Northern Michigan Advocacy.
